What we collect

Account email and authentication metadata (Supabase Auth)
Workspace membership, roles, and audit logs of admin actions
Telegram messages, media metadata, and (when enabled) media files from Sources you register using your collector credentials
Optional billing identifiers (Stripe customer / subscription IDs) when you upgrade
Optional invite emails when Resend is configured (RESEND_API_KEY)

How we use data

To operate collection, search, export, webhook delivery, and optional analytics forwarding (for example Soundwave). We do not sell Telegram datasets or use cross-tenant content to train models.

Processors

Infrastructure may include Vercel (app), Railway (workers), Supabase (database / storage / auth), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), and destinations you enable.

Retention & deletion

Retention follows workspace entitlements (default 90 days on free). Admins can export data and request source deletion (soft-delete via retention worker). Contact us for account closure or hard purge requests.
