What we collect
Account email, workspace metadata, Telegram messages and media from sources you explicitly register, and audit logs of workspace actions.
What we do not do
We do not sell Telegram datasets, cross-tenant model training, or access channels without your configured credentials.
Retention & deletion
Data retention follows plan entitlements. Workspace admins can export data and request source deletion (soft-delete via retention worker). Contact us for hard purge or account closure.
